Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Camotech Solutions ("we", "us") covering your use of the CTS Fitness app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Who may use CTS Fitness
You must be at least 13 years old. You must be able to enter into a binding contract, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who can. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on CTS Fitness. By posting anything — a username, a display name, a caption or a comment — you agree that it will not:
- be defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, threatening or mean-spirited, including anything targeting a person or group on the basis of religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, age, or national or ethnic origin;
- be sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise offensive;
- be violent, or encourage violence, self-harm, or harm to others;
- bully, stalk, intimidate or impersonate anyone;
- promote illegal activity, illegal drugs, or the unlawful supply of performance- or image-enhancing substances;
- be spam, a scam, or an attempt to solicit other users commercially;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- contain another person's private information; or
- otherwise break the law.
You also agree not to abuse, harass or stalk other users through friend requests, comments or any other feature.
We enforce this. We may remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that breaches this section, at our discretion, without notice and without refund. We review every report we receive and act on reports of objectionable content or abusive behaviour within 24 hours.
3. Reporting and blocking
If you see something that breaches section 2, tell us — do not wait for someone else to:
- Report a post or comment from the ⋯ menu on it.
- Block a user from the ⋯ menu on their post or comment, or from the Friends screen. Blocking is immediate and mutual: you and that user stop seeing each other's posts and comments, any friendship between you ends, and they cannot send you a friend request. Manage your blocks in Settings → Blocked Users.

Reporting content does not, by itself, guarantee it will be removed — but we will review it, and we will tell you nothing about another user's account in response, for their privacy as much as yours.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. So that the app can work, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store your content, and to display it to the people you have chosen to share it with — your accepted friends — for as long as you keep it in the app. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained briefly in routine backups.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
5. Automated content filtering
The app automatically screens usernames, display names, captions and comments against a list of prohibited terms, and will refuse to post content that matches. This filter is a safety net, not a substitute for section 2 — content that gets past it still breaches these terms and can still be removed.
6. AI-generated workouts are not medical advice
The AI workout generator produces suggestions using a third-party AI model (Google's Gemini API). Those suggestions are informational only. They are not medical, health, physiotherapy or professional training advice, they are not tailored to your medical history, and they may be wrong, unsuitable or unsafe for you.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before starting or changing a training programme, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk. This applies to the whole app, not only the AI feature: CTS Fitness records what you tell it and does not assess whether any of it is safe for you.
7. Acceptable use of the service
Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or interfere with the service's security, scrape it, overload it, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. Do not use automated means to create accounts or post content.
8. Your account, and ending it
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and your data cannot be recovered afterwards. See the Privacy Policy for what that erases.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. We will give reasonable notice of a discontinuation where we can.
9. Availability and changes
CTS Fitness is provided free of charge. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; if we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app before any material change takes effect.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost or corrupted data, or for injury arising from exercise you chose to perform. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited but not excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the service.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app and is not responsible for any claim you have about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
